John James Padora Sr.

John J. Padora Sr., 66, of Coaldale, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. Born in Coaldale, he was a son of Lawrence “Mickey” Padora of Tamaqua and the late Rose Macaluso. He was a self employed carpenter for over 30 years. He was a member of  the Tamaqua Pool League. John also loved skiing and fishing but especially loved spending time with his family and friends. John will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Surviving along with his father are a daughter Olivia Padora of Ft. Collins, CO; a son John J. Jr. and his wife Amber of Lititz; a sister Rose Ann and her husband John Pecha, of Nesquehoning; grandchildren Koi and Calla Padora; and many nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by a sister Theresa Jachowicz and a brother Michael.

A Memorial Gathering will take place on Monday, November 19, 2018 from 11 A.M.-1 P.M in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E.
