Ayn Lynn Malkin, 76, formerly of Lansford, entered into eternal rest January 17, 2022 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Carbon Campus surrounded by her daughters. She was the wife of the late David B. Malkin who passed away September 12, 2014. Born in Seek, she was a daughter of the late Jay Ross and Alma (McLean) Berger. She was employed as a billing manager for Conrail in Bethlehem until retiring. She was a graduate of Coaldale High School Class of 1962. She was of the Episcopal Faith.  She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Nesquehoning Woman’s Club. Ayn Lynn was an avid reader and gardener, but her love was spending time with her grandchildren.

Surviving are daughters Andrea Lynn and her husband Bradley Boswell of Summit Hill, Jennifer Ayn and her husband Dr. Paul Winters of Hughesville, MD, and Sally Anne and her husband Dr. Richard Gilbert of Hazleton; a sister Sylvia M. Ross of New Bedford, MA; grandchildren Kiley and Kayla Boswell, Paul II and David Winters, and Emma and Aiden Gilbert; a niece Jessica and her husband Bryan Steele of New Bedford, PA; and a nephew Jay Ross Berger III.

She was also preceded in death by a brother Jay Ross Berger II. 

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, January 20, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning with Rev. Dr. Vasyl Chepelskyy officiating. Interment will be held in Sky View Memorial Park. Family will receive friends 10-11:00 A.M. in the funeral home.
