Debra Demyanovich
1959 - 2026
Debra A. Demyanovich, 66, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest Thursday, January 8, 2026 in her residence. She was the wife of the late Michael J. Demyanovich who passed away September 2, 2024. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, she was a daughter of the late William M. and Maria C. (Maiorelli) Noone. She was employed as a Human Resource Manager for the Gross McGinley Law Firm in Allentown until her retirement in 2021. She was also employed as the former Director of Human Resources at Palmerton Area School District and former Assistant Director of Human Resources at Northwestern Lehigh School District. She was a graduate of Roselle Park High School Class of 1977 and a graduate of Misericordia University with a degree in Business Administration/Management. She was of the Catholic faith. Debbie enjoyed her deep-sea fishing trips with her husband Mike, but especially loved spending time with and attending all her grandchildren’s sporting events.
Surviving are sons Michael W. and his wife Pamela of Nesquehoning and John J. and his wife Bernadette of Jim Thorpe; sisters Maria C. Schneider and her husband John of Beachwood, NJ and Cathy Masters and her husband Mark of Barnegat, NJ; grandchildren Michael, Blake, Owen, Brooklynn, Bronson, Bristol and Blaze; and several nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, January 17, 2026 at 12P.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. A visitation will be held Saturday morning from 10-12:00 P.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in her name to the Carbon County Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. Online condolences at www.blazoskyfh.com. The Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
