Edward Jule Davis

Edward Jule Davis, “Eddie”, “Ed-daws”, “Handz”, 42, of Lansford, entered into eternal rest Thursday, February 7, 2019 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Miners Campus. He was the fiancé of Delisha Robertson. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was a son of the late Jule and Alena (Sheriod) Davis. He was employed as a security guard for 17 years.  He was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School where he ran track and field.  He also played football.  He was a coach for Knee-hi football and Little League baseball.  Edward was the president and cofounder of the “Unifed Brothez” Auto Club in Brooklyn, NY. 

Surviving along with his fiancé are sons Eric and Nigel and a daughter Tyrhianne.

Edward was a loving father, husband, son, brother, uncle, and friend.  Edward always saw the bright side of any situation.  He always kept a positive and energetic energy and he was determined to make everyone around him laugh or smile, even if didn’t really want to. 

He would be there for anyone whenever you needed him.  If he could help you in any way, he would.  Edward always wanted the best for his family, especially his three children, nieces, and nephews.  He had big plans and goals of making a better life for his family.  He was very business minded and always making plans.  He was such a clown, a comedian, cocky, and sometimes even arrogant, but you couldn’t help but love him.  Edward always motivated others.  He saw potential in others that they didn’t even see in themselves.  He was the true meaning of an amazing man.  He loved music so I know there is a party in heaven.

Edward will be greatly missed, always on our minds, and forever in our hearts.  We have gained another angel.
