Felicia M. Bigg-Carr, 33, of Hazleton, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, February 28, 2024 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Hazleton Campus. Born in New Brunswick, NJ she was a daughter of Christina (Carr) Castillo of Lansford, PA and Shawn Bigg of NJ. She was employed as an assistant manager for Dunkin Donuts in Hazleton. She was a member of Gradian Angel Recovery in Hazleton and was also a member of the Serenity Mountain Recovery Center. Felicia loved cosmetology, doing hair and makeup and also enjoyed music.

Surviving along with her parents are a son Julian Hunsicker of Middleport, PA; sisters Vanessa Bigg-Carr of Hazleton, Amber Bigg-Carr, Ashley Nilsen, and Kylie Bigg all of New Jersey; maternal grandmother Marlyn Carr of Lansford; and paternal grandparents Gary and Denise Bigg of Las Vegas, NV.

A Visitation will be held Thursday, March 7, 2024 from 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. Donations will be accepted in Felicia’s Honor to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses or Guardian Angel Recovery House, 368 Bear Creek Lake Run, Jim Thorpe, PA 18229 (www.guardianangelrecovery.org). The Sverchek-Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
