Florence E. Zaba, 79, of Lansford, entered into eternal rest Monday, September 11, 2023 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Miners Campus. Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Metchislaus (Mitch) and Mary (Sarabok) Zaba. She was a graduate of Lansford High School Class of 1962. She went on to study at the Foundling Hospital in New York and became an Infant Technician. She worked at the New York Hospital for 40 years until her retirement. She was a member of the former St. Michael’s Catholic Church, Lansford. Florence was a very talented artist and loved he dogs Casey, Emma and Oliver.

Surviving are a sister Michele Hackash and her husband Robert of Lansford; nephews Robert Hackash and his wife Steph of Blandon, PA and Jeffery Hackash of Lansford; great nieces Jessica, Madelyn, and Chloe; and a great nephew Michael;
