Frederick M. Belletti, 84, of Horseheads, NY, entered into eternal rest on Friday, June 19, 2026 in his residence.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 54 years, Roberta A. (Mermon) Belletti in 2021.

Born on August 12, 1941 in Bethlehem, PA, he was the son of the late Mark F. and Helen (Franko) Belletti.

He was a United States Navy Veteran serving on the USS Randolph from 1959-1962 and then entered the reserves until his honorable discharge on July 3, 1965.

He was employed as a Quality Engineer and Procurement Specialist until his retirement in June 2003.

He was of the Roman Catholic Faith.

Freddie enjoyed physical fitness and sports. He was an avid fan of Phillies Baseball, Flyers Hockey, and Villanova Basketball.  

He is survived by his daughter, Debra LaViola; his son-in-law Frank LaViola,Jr. of Horseheads, NY; his granddaughter, Jennifer LaViola of Philadelphia, PA; and several nieces and nephews.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Elaine Donnelly in 2025.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 26, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St. Nesquehoning, PA 18240 with the Rev. Thomas Gyau officiating. Interment with Military Honors will be in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua, PA. Family will receive friends on Thursday Night from 6-8 P.M. and Friday morning from 10-11 A.M. in the funeral home.
