Glenn J. David, 67, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest Saturday, September 26, 2020, in his residence. Born in Hackensack, NJ, he was a son of the late Joseph E. and Marilyn (Colvin) David. He was employed in the parts department for KME in Nesquehoning until retiring. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of Nesquehoning VFW, Nesquehoning Sokol Club, Nesquehoning Conservation Club, the Jim Thorpe Sportsman’s Club, and the Flying Aces M.C. He was a huge fan of the Oakland Raiders. Glenn loved fishing and riding his motorcycle on which he took many bike trips to Dayton and Sturgis. He also enjoyed going to flat track races with his friends whom he considered family. Glenn loved his family, friends, and his passion of motorcycles and always lived his life to the fullest. He will be deeply missed by his daughters, grandchildren and friends.

                                               

Surviving are two daughters Rachel Sargent and her husband James Jr. of Jim Thorpe and Jessica Williams and her husband Lee of Quakertown; a brother Joseph David of Howitt, NJ; grandchildren Jacob and Justin Sargent and Lily and Max Williams; and a nephew Joey David.

 

He was also preceded in death by a nephew Michael David.

 

A viewing will be held Friday, October 2, 2020 from 5-7 P.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. Interment will be held Saturday, October 3, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Nicholas Cemetery, Lodi, NJ. All visitors are required to wear masks and follow all CDC regulations. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted in his name to Blue Knights Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club New Jersey Chapter II, P.O. Bo 1103 Washington Twp., NJ 07676-1103. The Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements. Online condolences at www.blazoskyfh.com.
