James Peter Connors

1951 - 2023

James Peter Connors, 71, passed away on January 24 at St. Lukes Hospital Carbon Campus after a short illness. 

He was born in Jersey City, NJ and raised in Carlstadt, NJ and graduated in 1969 from East Rutherford High School. After graduation, he entered the United States Marine Corps. He was a proud VFW member and a former American Legion commander. 

He is pre deceased by his parents, Arlene (Arendt) and Frank “Sarge”  Connors of Carlstadt,  NJ, and his sisters, Pamela (Daniel) Garceau of Danby, VT and Virginia (Ginger) Connors of Weatherly, PA. 

He is survived by his daughter, Jaime Lee (Anthony) D’Errico, three grandchildren Sadie, Adalynn and Anthony Jr, his brothers, Michael (MaryAnn) and Thomas (Michele) Connors; his sisters, Joy (Thomas) Roldan, Nancy (Joseph) Archibeque and Caroline (Michael) Dunsheath; and 18 nieces and nephews and 13 grandnieces and grandnephews. 

A Memorial Service with Military Honors will be held at a later date to be announced in the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, 60 Indiantown Gap Rd., Annville, PA 17003.
