1947 - 2022

John Murlo Jr., 75, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, July 19, 2022 in his residence. Born in Coaldale, he was the son of the late John and Angela (Fuller) Murlo. He worked for the Lehighton Power and Light Company until retiring. He was a United States Veteran serving during the Vietnam War in the US Army and Navy. He was a member of the Nesquehoning Sokol Club and a member of the Nesquehoning VFW Post 8008. John enjoyed fishing, coin collecting, and hanging out in his garage with his friends.

Surviving are a sister Kathryn Goides and her husband Ronald Sr. of Nesquehoning; and a niece Angela Goides of New Hampshire.

Family will receive friends Friday, July 22, 2022 from 5-7:00 P.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E.
