John G. Papesh, 75, of Easton, passed peacefully into eternal life on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at home, surrounded by the love of his family.

Born in Newark, New Jersey, he was the beloved son of the late John Papesh and Christine (Bobchick) Mast.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Jessica Jeanne Papesh of Colorado; his son James Michael of Easton; his son Joshua John and his wife Lindsay of Georgia; and his cherished grandson, Jude, and grandson on-the-way, Levi; as well as his sweet dog, Maggie.  

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at the Slovak Protestant Cemetery, located behind 1257 E. Catawissa Street, Nesquehoning, PA 18240, with Chaplain Michaelene Ross officiating.
