Joseph P. Collins, 38, of Lansford, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, June 24, 2026 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Coaldale.

He was the husband of Madison (Koch) Collins. They celebrated their 2nd wedding anniversary on May 24th of this year.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Walter Martin and Patricia (Smith) Collins.

He was a graduate of Hazleton High School Class of 2007.

He was employed as a general manager working for McDonald’s and also worked for the Hazleton Transfer Station.

He was a member of the former Most Precious Blood Catholic Church Hazleton.

He was also a former member of the Hazle Twp Fire Department.

Joe enjoyed fishing but especial loved spending time with his wife and children.

Surviving along with his wife are daughters Jadyn Collins and her fiancé Glen Danchak of Coaldale, Rylan Collins of Coaldale, Havyn Collins, and Teghyn Collins both of Lansford; sons Logan Collins and Jaxon Collins both of Coaldale; sisters April Hirochek and her husband Stephen of Nesquehoning, Angela Lee of Mullica Hill, NJ, and Erica Dush and her husband Angelo of Woolwich, NJ; a brother Brian Martin of Gibbstown, NJ; and a granddaughter Evelynn Danchak.

A Funeral Service will be held privately at the convenience of the family.  Donations will be accepted to the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240 to help with funeral cost. Online condolences may be shared oat www.blazoskyfh.com.
