1928 - 2026

Kathryn M. “Kitty” Kinn, 98, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest Monday, June 29, 2026 in Maple Shade Meadows, Nesquehoning.

She was the wife of the late Daniel Kinn who passed away September 18, 1981.

Born in Hauto, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Catherine (Pillar) Trusa.

She was employed as a seamstress for the former Kiddie Kloes Factory in Lansford and Kai Jay Pants Factory in Nesquehoning until her retirement.

She was a graduate of Nesquehoning High School Class of 1946.

She was a member of the former St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, Nesquehoning where she was a member of the church choir and the rosary society. She was currently a member of St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley.

Kitty was also a member of the Nesquehoning VFW Auxiliary.

Surviving are sons Burt A. and his wife Diane of Slatington and Daniel D. and his wife Paula of Lewes, DE; a sister Eileen Bonner of Nesquehoning; grandchildren Shanna L. Noctor and her husband Alec and Becky L. Popovich and her husband Joe; great grandchildren Kennedy and Oliver Marks and Cala Noctor; and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, July 08, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the Shrine of St. Therese of Lisieux, 15 E. Garibaldi Ave., Nesquehoning, PA 18240 with Father Thomas Osei Gyau officiating. Interment will be held in Sky View Memorial Park, Tamaqua. Call Wednesday morning 10:00 -10:50 A.M. in the Church.
