Konnor Tobias Roy, 16, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest Thursday, June 02, 2022 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Miners Campus. Born in Allentown, he was the son of Dale Allen and Cynthia Ann (Operacz) Roy. He was an 11th grade student at Panther Valley High School. He loved swimming, playing basketball, and riding horses. He also enjoyed watching Pepa Pig and Sponge Bob Square Pants. Konnor was a joy to be around. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and anyone who had the opportunity to be in his presence. 

Surviving along with his parents are a sister Amelia Roy of Nesquehoning; and paternal grandparents Alvin and Louise Roy of Canada.

He was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Walter and Eileen Operacz.

A Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 8:00 P.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240 with Rev. Robert George officiating. Family will receive friends 6-8:00 P.M. in the funeral home. Online condolences at www.blazsokyfh.com .
