Louise (Taney) Puckett, 86, entered into eternal rest Thursday, November 12, 2020 in The Valley Hospital, Ridgewood, NJ. She was born on October 08, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Grace (Rohlfing) Taney. She was employed as a biology teacher for the Madison School District in Madison, NJ until retiring. She was a graduate of Nesquehoning High School and then furthered her education and graduated from Wilson College. Louise loved reading and playing bridge but especially loved spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. 

Surviving is a daughter Leslie Achter and her husband Ron of Wycoff, NJ and grandchildren Lauren Elizabeth and Robert Taney Achter. 

A Graveside Service will be held Monday, November 16, 2020 at 11:30 A.M. in Sky View Memorial Park Cemetery, 108 Lafayette Ave. Tamaqua, PA, with Pastor Marjorie Kieter officiating. The Joseph S.
