Mary K (Kusko) Greek

Mary K. Greek, 93, of New Columbus, entered into eternal rest Sunday, April 29, 2018 in her residence. She was the wife of the late Daniel G. Greek Sr. who passed away February 25, 2016. They were married on October 16, 1946 and spent 69 loving years together. Born in Nesquehoning, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary (Kusko) Kusko. She was employed by the former Pocket Book Factory, Jim Thorpe, former Western Electric, Allentown, and then the former Kay Jay Pants Company, Nesquehoning, until retiring. She was a member of the former Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, New Columbus.

Surviving are daughters Donna Evanko of Nesquehoning and Debra and her husband Robert Reese of Jim Thorpe; a son Daniel G. Greek Jr. of Nesquehoning; two grandchildren Danielle Evanko and Richard Evanko and his fiancée Christa Mantz; and many nieces and nephews.

 She was also preceded in death by sisters Anna Rendish, Helen Damian, and Pauline Kusko and brothers Stephen and John Kusko.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Nesquehoning. The Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, Pa 18240 has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
