1917 - 2021

Mary Kokura, 104, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest Sunday July 04, 2021 in Mapleshade Meadows Assistant living Center, Nesquehoning. She was the wife of the late Paul Kokura who passed away March 08, 1982. Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Martha (Bench) Macenka. She was a homemaker. She was member of St. John Russian Orthodox Church, Nesquehoning where she was very active in all Church activities.

Surviving are nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Anna Stemetzki and brothers Frank “Reds” and Michael Macenka.

A funeral service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will be held in St. Nicholas Orthodox Cemetery, Hometown.  The Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements. Online condolences at www.blazoskyfh.com.
