Mary C (Yatsko) Kuzak

Mary C. Kuzak, 88, of Coaldale, entered into eternal rest Sunday, January 6, 2019 in St. Lukes Hospital, Fountain Hill. She was the wife of the late Peter Kuzak who passed away January 7, 1987. Born in Mary D, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Yanno) Yatsko. She was employed as a folder for J.E. Morgan Knitting Mills in Tamaqua and Hometown until retiring in 1990. She was a member of St. Mary Orthodox Church, Coaldale. She was a former member of the Russian Club, Coaldale. She also loved shopping and playing with her grand dogs.  Mary will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

Surviving are a daughter Maryann McConnon and her husband Michael of Summit Hill; a granddaughter JoLynn B. Churchill; and nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Catherine Yasenchak and brothers Joseph, George, Albert, and John.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Mary Orthodox Church, 217 First St., Coaldale with the VRev.  James Wereme officiating. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery, Summit Hill. Call Wednesday morning 10-11:00 A.M. in the Church. Donations will be accepted in her name to the Church.
