Mary Lynn Ann Bargilione “Rynn”, 65, of Nesquehoning, left this world Friday, May 20, 2022 in St. Luke’s Hospital, Carbon Campus. She was the loving wife of John “Jack” Bargilione. They celebrated their 42nd wedding anniversary on June 9th of last year. Born in Palmerton, she was a daughter of the late James E. “Kong” and Mary (Delauretis) Sweeney. She was of the Catholic Faith. She was a graduate of Panther Valley High School Class of 1975. Mary Lynn saw the world through artist’s eyes, transforming anything she touched into something slightly more beautiful. She lived with an open heart, a fiery will, and strength that anyone who knew her could attest to. Anyone who met Mary Lynn could tell stories of her infectious sense of humor, of which she kept until her final days. She will be missed beyond measure. Her spirit will live on in the ones who loved her.

Surviving along with her husband are daughters Sarah Heisler and her husband Michael of Savannah, GA and Jessica Bargilione of Lehighton; a sister Jacqueline Malaska wife of Angelo of Nesquehoning; a brother John Brain Sweeney and his wife Anita (Anderson) of Lake Hauto; and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a sister Joan Knepper.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 10:30 A.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning with Rev. Robert George officiating. Interment will be held in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Nesquehoning. Call Thursday morning 9-10:30 A.M. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to the Carbon County Animal Shelter, 63 Broad St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240. A celebration of life will also be announced at a later date.
