Patricia M. Orsulak, 77, of Lansford, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 30, 2026 in the Greenwood Center, Tamaqua.

She was the wife of the late John S. Orsulak who passed away on May 10, 1991.

Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Harvilla) Rehatchek.

She was a member of the former St. Micheal Catholic Church and St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church, Lansford.

She was employed as LPN for the former Gnadden Huetten Hospital, Lehighton until her retirement.

Surviving are a daughter Lori Martin and her husband Shawn of Nesquehoning; a son John and his wife Kristel (Conway) of Nesquehoning; grandchildren Christina Danchak and her husband Greg, Olivia Dacey and her companion Colton Black, Emma Dacey, Cody Orsulak and Morgan Orsulak.

She was also preceded in death by a brothers Thomas J., Daniel J. and Richard C. Rehatchek.
