Tracy Lynn Malaska, 55, of Jim Thorpe, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, November 15, 2023 in her residence. She was the wife of Anthony A. Malaska. They celebrated their 27th wedding anniversary on July 27th of this year. Born in Passaic, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Margaret (Klimek) Gazo. She worked in several businesses in their finance department and in leadership roles. She attended school in Lodi, NJ before moving to Tamaqua, PA in 1985, and graduated from Tamaqua High School Class of 1986. She was a graduate of Cedar Crest College in 1990, and then earned her Master’s degree from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in 1996. She was of the Catholic Faith. Tracy enjoyed camping, dancing, and traveling but especially loved watching movies at home with her husband Anthony and daughter Leah.

Surviving along with her husband Anthony are a daughter Leah Malaska of Coaldale and a brother Michael Gazo of Albrightsville.   

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, November 20, 2023 at 6:30 P.M. in the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home, 81 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, PA 18240 with Rev. Robert George officiating. Family will receive friends Monday 5:00 – 6:30 P.M.
