Vincent L. Krajcir, 83, of Summit Hill, entered into eternal rest Monday, July 31, 2023 in Greenwood Center for Nursing and Rehab, Hometown. He was the husband of the late Frances M. (Hnat) Krajcir who passed away January 17, 2019. Born in Coaldale and raised in the village of Hauto, he was a son of the late Stephen and Anna (Oslak) Krajcir. He was a graduate of Nesquehoning High School Class of 1958. He was a veteran in the United States Marine Corps serving as a corporal for 4 years from 1958 to 1962. He was a member of the former St. Michael Catholic Church, Lansford and then a member of St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, Summit Hill. Vince was also a life member of the Summit Hill American Legion.

Surviving are sons Vincent and his wife Chylar of Grovetown, GA, John Robert and his companion Manuela of Hampton, VA, and Mark and his wife Sheila of West Haven, CT; two brothers Michael of Palmerton and Francie of Allentown; 4 grandchildren Ellen, Robin, Neve, and Summer Krajcir.

He was also preceded in death by sisters Margaret Marzen, Eleanor Stemetzki, Dolores Androshick, and Elizabeth Duffy and brothers Stephen, Paul, Bernard, and Joseph.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 07, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Joseph Parish of the Panther Valley, 462 W. Ludlow St., Summit Hill, Pa with Rev. Robert George officiating. Military Interment will be held in Sky View Memorial Park, Hometown. Call Sunday night 5:00 – 7:00 P.M. and Monday morning 10:00 – 10:45 A.M., all in the Church. Donations in his name may be made to the church, c/o 118 N. Market St., Summit Hill, PA. The Sverchek-Blazosky Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
