William C. Kralik Jr.

1948-2021

William C. Kralik Jr., 72, of Nesquehoning, entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, Feb. 9, 2021, in the ManorCare Health Services, Allentown.

He was a teacher and Director of Technology for the Jim Thorpe Area School District until retiring in 2003.

Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of the late William C. Sr. and Katherine F. (Fabian) Kralik.

He was a 1966 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic High School and graduated from Shippensburg University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and then earned his master’s degree from Penn State University.

Kralik was a member of the Jim Thorpe Rod and Gun Club and the Orioles, Lehighton.

He coached junior varsity and seventh and eighth grade basketball for Jim Thorpe School District.

Bill loved tailgating at Penn State games. He was a world traveler. He also loved traveling the U.S. in his motor home and especially visiting Disney World. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Surviving are a companion Mary Ellen Hawk of Nesquehoning; two sisters, Elizabeth K., wife of George Drizos of Macungie, and Carol A. Kralik, and her husband, Ken Wacker, of Mercer Island, WA; two brothers, John C., and his wife, LiWen Xi, of Devon, and Edward C., and his wife, Ann, of Malvern; a niece Kate; three nephews, Dan, Richard and Nathan; a stepdaughter Madelyn, wife of Aaron Littles of Tampa, FL; and two stepgranddaughters, Vivienne and Juliette Littles.

Service: Private funeral service with family only. Live virtual service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, on the Joseph S. Blazosky Funeral Home Inc. Face Book page.
